Obsidian is a bold, moody piece I am very proud of. It is layer upon layer of cold wax heavy in texture. The piece evolved from brown earthy tones to darker steel, chrome and grey. The canvas measures 72 inches by 60 inches- perfect for a large wall needing a statement piece.

Combining layers of aquamarine, turquoise and cream this piece brings depth and boldness to a new level. It will surely pop against any background. Painted using oil sticks and acrylics and measuring 60”x48”.

The weather of the Pacific Northwest is influencing my artistic choices. This piece capture the coast on a cool winters day perfectly. By adding gold and silver alcohol inks combine with crackle paste it brings that warmth and hope that we all have even in the dead of winter. The piece measures 60”×48”.

This fun, playful piece reminds me of the beach glass I used to find while beach combing as a kid. It is painted with vivid oils in turquoise, blues and greens. There are many layers and intricacies to the piece. It measures 60”x48”.

Boxed In is a special piece. Not only is it the largest piece I have painted but has been a labor of love. It has taken me 2 years to complete as I can back to it often to changed details. The final product is a monochromatic black , white and gold abstract with heavy cold wax texture. This is a very large piece measuring 72”x60”.
